With the commencement of your (referred to as, “customer”, “you”) association with Puzzle Movers Melbourne (also referred to as, “us”, “our”, “we”) as your removalist and/or storage provider, it is deemed that you abide by all the terms and conditions mentioned on Puzzle Movers Melbourne.
The following are the terms and conditions that are put forward by Puzzle Movers Melbourne and apply to all work the company undertakes for its clients. By choosing to avail our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions.

1. Customer Agreement
   As a customer, you acknowledge that Puzzle Movers Melbourne has been engaged to provide removal services for you. You understand that all work performed will be billed at an hourly rate, with a minimum number of hours, along with a call-out fee based on the provided quote. You agree to settle all costs in full upon the completion of the job. You are aware that additional charges will apply for packing materials, pianos, pool tables, tolls, and other related moving expenses. You also agree that either you or an authorized representative will be present at both the pickup and drop-off locations throughout the entire relocation process. Your presence is required to direct the correct placement of goods if necessary, complete the payment transaction, and report any issues to us at the head office, if applicable.
2. Parking Fine Waiver of Liability for Parking Fine Incurred, you hereby acknowledge that Puzzle Movers Melbourne, it’s officers, employees, contractors or associates will not be liable for any parking fines incurred during the move today. You are aware that you will be notified and forwarded a copy of any fine received after the removal date, after which Puzzle Movers Melbourne will charge the below credit card and forward you the receipt.
